Bison Stamps

Illustration

For this class the prompt was to create an image that would go onto a postage stamp. This image of a Bison standing in a field was the first major illustration I created in Adobe Illustrator. I then created a stamp in Illustrator and made different variations for stamps using the bison illustration.

New Bedell Logo

This project was to redesign a logo from a company we knew of and I chose to do Bedell Vineyards. Shown are the final variations of the logo as well as the full page spread of the progress that led to the final logo with the original brand logo being in the top left corner.

Amazon Custom Fold Book

This project was the final done in a series to learn how to follow brand guidelines through multiple different projects. We had to create a brochure with custom folds, specifically it had to fit into a one of the standard envelope sizes as well as have a cutout or pocket. The Illustrations were done in Adobe Illustrator with the layout being done in InDesign.

OHC Haircare Ad

This advertisement for OHC hair shampoo was done in Adobe Photoshop with the prompt to Fix the background of the photograph and composite the two new heads onto the bodies. Then I had to use that specified grayscale image and edited a colorized advertisement.

Monarch Pasta

The design for this package was done in Adobe Illustrator and was inspired by the paintings of Henri Rousseau. Monarch pasta is a fictitious brand of organic pasta that was made after creating the art spread. It was then imported into an Adobe Photoshop box mockup.

New Chase Banking Application

Stardew Valley Type Poster

This was created as an “all type poster” in Adobe Illustrator as an introduction to typography. It is based off of the video game Stardew Valley with the header being a recreation of the title text from the game itself. The rest of the image is original artwork based on the growable produce in the game.

Minecraft Earth Ad

The prompt for this class project was to create an advertisement for an app we use and I chose Mojang’s Minecraft Earth. The editing was done in Adobe After Effects with the images first being prepared in Adobe Photoshop. The song featured is C418's Wet Hands from the game Minecraft.

Bike Shop

3D Design

This class project was done with the goal of learning uv mapping and texturing in Adobe Photoshop. The geometry was given to the class with instruction on techniques for creating the textures. The textures are all original with the stars on the bike being done with Photoshop brushes.

Artist’s Apartment

This fully rendered room was done in Maya as the first project after the basic modeling tutorials in class. The geometry is fully original as well as some of the textures. For this project I was able to create any type of room I wanted so I chose to create a one room apartment that an artist lives in.

I chose to do a larger theme of the history of NASA's Mars rovers with variations of image spreads featuring recent discoveries and other companies exploring space.

Post Malone Album

The three components of this project include; a lyric booklet, a cd cover, and a digipak which has sleeves to hold the other two elements. It features images of Post Malone which have been edited in Adobe Photoshop and the layout was done using InDesign and Illustrator.

Witcher Book Jacket

This book jacket was created for class with students being able to pick out any book we want. I chose to create one based on Andrzej Sapkowski's Witcher series, specifically the Sword of Destiny book. First we took a book and measured out a blank so we could put the jacket on a physical book. The images were then edited in Adobe Photoshop with the layout and printing being done in Adobe InDesign. Finally it was printed, cut, and then fitted onto a physical book. Also shown are the prototype book jackets with the final being placed on the right.

Needle Felt Tutorial

This was the final project for my advanced video class where we had to create either a video advertisement or tutorial. We had to produce 3 videos of different lengths; 6 seconds, 15 seconds, and at least 1 minute. I made a "Needle Felting for Beginners" video where I show how to needle felt a cat. The full video runtime is 13 minutes and 35 seconds.
